We offer a range of services to accommodate every company and individual’s need for a new look. It doesn’t just stop at furniture and light fixtures, we’ve designed several spaces that included the floor and up. This can involve custom-made hanging fixtures, local artwork, flooring, and more. Here are some of the services we offer:

Furniture


  • Review and evaluate existing furniture and layout
  • Assist with ordering and installation of furniture
  • Provide furniture recommendations for various types of spaces
    • Offices
    • Open office areas
    • Lobbies
    • Lounge areas
    • Break room
    • Etc.

Space Planning


  • Access current usage, function, and flow of rooms
  • Evaluate and document the space needs for each room
  • Create programming requirements with individual needs of staff, equipment, visitors, etc.
  • Create 3D images that illustrate the flow, look and feel of the spaces
  • Prepare dimensioned floor plans for contractors to build from

Wall, Floor, and Ceiling


  • Evaluate existing finishes and provide recommendations
  • Walls:  Provide suggestions for digital wall coverings, accent features, artwork in addition to paint and traditional wall covering
  • Floors:   Provide insight on durable floor coverings that compliments each space
  • Ceilings:  Provide ideas for ceiling layout and lighting to accentuate each space
  • Explore several materials for each surface such as carpet, tile, brick, stone, wall covering, paint, and wood
  • Provide Construction Documents including plans, elevations, and sections to convey the design intent

Ceilings, Lighting, and Electrical Plan


  • Evaluate ceiling and lighting needs for each space
  • Evaluate needs for casework and furniture accent lighting
  • Evaluate accent features on ceiling, walls, or floor for lighting requirements
  • Work with an Electrical Engineer to ensure adequate lighting levels
  • Provide creative ideas on how to complete the look of a room through ceiling features and statement lighting fixtures

Restrooms and Break Rooms


  • Review overall flow to ensure maximum function
  • Provide room layouts via floor plans, elevations, or 3D renderings
  • Select sinks, faucets, toilets and coordinate with a Mechanical Engineer/Contractor as required
  • Make recommendations for toilet partitions, privacy panels, hooks or shelves, hand dryers, etc.
  • Coordinate all equipment and appliances for fit within cabinetry and on countertops

Window Treatments


  • Evaluate individual needs for privacy, sunlight glare, or accent features
  • Provide selections that range from traditional blinds to window film layouts
  • Educate the user on the variety of options available

Custom Design Details


  • Millwork programming to identify needs
  • Design plans and elevations as required for bidding
  • Specifications for finishes such as laminates, stone, solid surface, and hardware

Signage and Wall Graphics


  • Design concepts to provide wayfinding, company values, directional signs, or naming of specific rooms
  • Identity signage size as well as the graphics, colors, and finish
  • Specifications and drawings as required for bidding
  • Provide layouts and images for custom digital wall covering

Construction Administration


  • Review shop drawings for compliance with the design intent
  • On-site visits to observe and report on proper installation and construction methods
  • Punch list prior to space takeover to identify completeness and quality of installation of materials
