Bell Bank

Bell Bank traded downtown locations with Alerus, moving into the historic 15 Broadway. The existing offices and cubicles were much larger than what Bell wanted. Space planning for efficiency and current ergonomic needs of their staff and customers was a priority. Sit-to-stand desks were incorporated in each office. Glass topped cubicles allowed for great acoustic privacy with visual ability to see others around you. All the lighting was designed with LED timing capabilities for maximum energy output. Historic details like the light panels in the ceilings were maintained and backlit to simulate the original 1900s bank skylights. The two entrances feature a full-height wall water feature on one side and a 72”x 36” four-sided safety glassed-in fireplace cladded in warm woods.
