Border State Bank

Border State Bank called R.L. Engebretson to design this new facility to expand the bank locations. The building consists of a two-story clerestory, accents of copper and natural stone, and a central fireplace. The lower level, which contains additional leasing spaces, has elevated ceilings and large area wells designed for maximum light penetration. On the lower level, a large training room with meeting areas was created. Security was designed to allow for after-hours community groups to use the space as well.
