Concordia, “Update the Jake”
Moorhead, MN New Construction 10,000 sf Architecture & Interior Design
This project involved the design of an approximately 10,000 square foot stand-alone building for the locker rooms and support facilities for the men’s football program, and for the men’s and women’s soccer and track programs. Special features of this building plan include a Walk of Fame featuring former athletes and alumni, a conference/meeting/recruiting room, and a possible concessions area. Support services included in the facility are taping, training, laundry, and equipment. Phase two of this plan is an alumni courtyard featuring a fire pit and grass tailgating tents. Many areas for sponsoring alumni have been designed for the space.
