Medical Properties, Inc. called upon R.L. Engebretson to design and build a 45,800 sf regional health and surgery center in Thief River Falls, MN. At a cost of $7 million, R.L. Engebretson designed the center with growth and expansion in mind. Since the construction of the facility, R.L. Engebretson has continued to work on various expansions and remodels at the regional center, now owned by Juho Krepp Memorial Property Co. R.L. Engebretson has completed the following projects for Dakota Clinic in Thief River Falls: physical therapy expansion, parking lot expansion, MRI remodel, pharmacy expansion and Center for Women’s Health office, and exam room fit up.
