Eide Bailly

Energizing 74,000 sq ft of existing working environment over two floors for staff and new recruits was top of mind for Eide Bailly’s Fargo Campus. Initial steps included a pre- design study with focus groups and employee surveys. Results included the desire for natural light, occupant thermal comfort, adequate acoustics and modern clean finishes. The remodeling included investigation of exterior walls to prevent infiltration of cold air, full exterior window replacement, motor and control updates to the existing elevator and mechanical and electrical updates and repairs to the existing systems. Coupled with the more technical updates was a complete refreshing of the interior spaces. A bright welcoming reception area was developed, enhanced social spaces with inviting furnishings and healthy vending options was provided along with adding privacy rooms, tech savvy conference spaces, easy access hotel offices and a beautiful grand atrium with adjacent partner room to host clients and celebrations.
