FARGODOME Family Restrooms
The FARGODOME was having trouble meeting the demand for places mothers could go for nursing and pumping. There were also no accommodations for adults needing assistance with toiletries and diaper changing. RLE was asked to help convert an existing restroom and vending room into a suite of spaces for mothers and families. Three Mother’s Rooms are available now as a quiet, comfortable space that includes a reclining chair, accommodations for pumping, a sink and a diaper changing counter. Three restrooms are now available for families with members needing assistance and include an accessible toilet and sink, a diaper changing counter for infants and toddlers, and a changing cot for adults.
This remodeling also updated finishes, plumbing, and lighting in the existing 4 stall women’s restrooms on the mezzanine level of the FARGODOME.
