FBS is a technology company building a new corporate headquarters and pulled our interior design team into their construction team. After reviewing the plans, revisions were made to the reception area, restrooms, break rooms, collaborating areas, and conference rooms. Ceiling details and elevations were enhanced by bringing in wood and stone. Interior finishes on the floors, walls and ceiling planes were selected throughout as well as lighting to enhance the different spaces. Furnishing selections with finishes were recommended along with several value engineering options to achieve the original design with a refined budget.
