The 1990s restrooms at First International Bank and Trust’s Fargo Corporate Headquarters were in need of cosmetic and energy updates. Three floors of restrooms were updated including changing an unused shower into a modern mother’s room for staff and visitors. Updates included new wall and floor tiles, energy-efficient LED lighting using complementary color temperatures, and modest footcandle levels on ceilings and vanity mirrors. Other features are automatic sensors on plumbing fixtures & all dispensers, user-friendly shelves for cell phones, ample hooks for bags, coats, and purses. Each space is equipped with eco-friendly hand dryers as well as paper towel dispensers and facial tissue dispensers. Artwork is featured at each entrance wall with a recessed storage cabinet below to keep supplies convenient. Guests and employees alike enjoy all the thoughtful amenities.
