Gigi’s Playhouse

Since 2015, RLE has worked with Gigi’s Playhouse in Fargo. They have added square footage and remodeled several times due to growth as well as unforeseen circumstances. This project was a full remodel of their tenant space in the building that had fire damage. This expanded space features a variety of learning stations for toddlers to adults with Down syndrome. A gymnasium for exercise, learning kitchens and laundry labs, restrooms with a variety of applications, independent and group technology learning labs, a toddler toy area and even a performance stage were incorporated into the intuitive design. Gigi’s is able to serve those from a wide area outside of the Fargo/Moorhead Area.
