Midland Garage Door

The Nordick Group hired RLE for the renovation of the offices in several of their Midland Garage Door locations. Upon completion of those projects, they decided it was time to expand and remodel their corporate offices located in West Fargo, ND. With the company’s growth, they identified and relocated their departments to optimize their functionality within the existing building. By analyzing their current and future needs, as well as customer interaction points, the number of workspaces and offices were determined and located accordingly within the approximately 22,000 sq ft remodeled space. The finishes included in the design pay homage to their garage door manufacturing business, with a common palette used in all their recent renovations.
