The existing 1980s-era corporate office was due for a comprehensive transformation—not only to modernize its appearance but to better support the evolving needs of a growing team. With continued company growth, departments were strategically relocated within the building to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.

Through a detailed analysis of current workflows, future expansion plans, and key customer interaction points, we developed a space plan that optimized the number and placement of workstations and private offices across the 22,000-square-foot remodeled area.

The design pays tribute to Midland’s roots in garage door manufacturing, incorporating a cohesive finish palette consistent with their recent renovations. The result is a refreshed, functional environment that reflects the company’s identity while supporting productivity and long-term adaptability.
