Our interiors team led the space planning and design of 5,200 square feet of office space seamlessly connected to a new, state-of-the-art 100,250-square- foot manufacturing warehouse in suburban Omaha, Nebraska.
The project featured a modern, welcoming lobby and showroom, a fully equipped conference room, private offices, open collaboration zones, and a versatile breakroom designed to double as a training and meeting space for over 50 team members. Throughout the space, branding and culture walls prominently showcased Midland’s signature blue, reinforcing the company’s identity and values.
Our scope included lighting design, custom millwork, furniture bid packages, signage, wall art, and biophilic accessories—all thoughtfully curated to create an environment that is not only visually appealing but also comfortable, durable, and reflective of the hardworking manufacturing team it serves.
