After the success of their new Subaru sales facility that RLE designed for the Muscatell group, they enlisted our services once again for a new collision center. The Muscatell Collision Center is a 30,500 square foot auto body repair facility with 24 repair stalls, wash bay, frame straightening area, 3 drive-thru paint booths, parts & receiving, 2 estimating spaces, break room, offices, and customer waiting. The facility is situated on a 2.3-acre parcel of land located between I-94 & 29th Avenue South and east of 11th Street South. Improvements will include customer parking on the west side. On the east side, there will be employee parking and a screened enclosed area for securing and concealing damaged vehicles waiting for repair.
