NDSU Bookstore

The NDSU Bookstore was looking to update its spatial functionality, finishes, and enhance customer interaction within its existing space. RLE started by looking at the entry into the store and addressed the “first impression”. The ramp outside of the store was enlarged for better functionality and new finishes were selected to open the space providing visual clarity to the Bookstore. Ceiling features were also added outside of the store to provide interest within the large volume of space. Inside the store, the existing offices and workspaces were relocated to provide a customer service area with a direct connection from the front of the store. All the retail lighting, flooring, casework, and wall paint were updated to enhance the new functionality of the space.
