The Center for Technology Enterprise is a hub of technology entrepreneurship in the NDSU Research & Technology Park. The characteristics of the building include elements of technology, efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability. A holistic design and careful integration of these elements provide an environment well-suited for clients of this business technology incubator building.
The CTE responds to the site conditions, allowing for natural light to penetrate into the interior while protecting against harsh winter winds and noise from overhead jets. Within the building itself, space is allocated for small offices, laboratories, conference rooms, shared work space, and small informal meeting areas for open interaction among the tenants.
