Located at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND, the Technology Park consists of 55 acres and is available for the private sector to build within the Park. Phase I of the Park is home to Phoenix International, Center for Nano Scale Science and Engineering and Research I with one remaining lot. Phase II of the Park added Alien Technology, NDSU Incubator Building and six additional parcels for up to an additional 240,000 sf of building space.
