Newman Outdoor Field

RLE provided a Long-Term Capital Planning report for Newman Outdoor Field in 2019. Several areas of the building were evaluated and documented resulting in recommendations to be untaken for upkeep and to address the longevity of the facility. The report laid out the most critical items that needed to be addressed first, and those that should be planned and budgeted for in the future. The roof on the facility had outlived its life by 10+ years and full replacement was recommended to be completed first. The City of Fargo hired RLE to provide Construction Documents for bidding for the re-roof project in 2019. Work was completed in the summer of 2020. RLE completed site visits to ensure the roof replacement was completed per the documents.
