Phased construction allowed the RDO Equipment Company facility in Burnsville to realize a completely renovated office area and new shop addition all while remaining open for business. 4,800 square feet of existing office area was upgraded with a new, better functioning layout allowing for service desks for technicians, larger enclosed offices, new restroom, and break room facilities as well as updated finishes. The existing building also received a facelift on the exterior with a new metal panel and painted brick. Approximately 23,400 square feet of shop space was added onto the existing building, creating a new customer service entrance, 18 service bays, and an enclosed area dedicated for washing equipment.
