Working from a prototype concept, the Ft. Worth and Schertz locations for RDO Equipment Company are essentially the same building orientated to fit each site, maximize parking and storage and provide for efficient circulation around the property for equipment and customers. The Schertz location opened approximately 6 months earlier than the Ft. Worth store. The store’s layout features office and showroom space for sales of equipment and parts, as well as an extensive shop and supporting technician space for the repair side of the facility. With 36,500 square feet of the building, the one prototype is able to adapt to each location and build a foundation for the design of future stores.
