Sandman Structural Engineers

Sandman Structural Engineers was ready to expand and remodel their existing office headquarters in Moorhead, MN. Our architects and interior designers worked with their leadership team to create a masterplan vision with a large addition and remodeling of the existing building. Steel, wood, and concrete were prominent structural design elements incorporated in the main lobby finishes. Corporate branding colors, images, and quotes are found throughout the space in ceramic tile, flooring materials, digital wallcovering, and metal signage. The breakroom was enhanced with a spacious kitchen, lounge areas, and even a few arcade games. The office collaboration spaces include a library, executive suite, hotels, and a variety of conference room styles. Private unisex restroom stalls with shared sinks accommodated their demographics while meeting all applicable codes.
