In 2016, Scheels Corporate Offices were expanding. Their needs included additional meeting room spaces with flexibility for divider walls as well as several smaller venue rooms. The web department was growing rapidly and needed private offices as well as cubicle-style workstations to accommodate their growing staff. With the increased staff, corporate restrooms needed to be expanded as well. We remodeled 12,000 sf of what once was the corporate daycare facility into an expanded meeting room facility, additional staff restrooms, and a privacy room, a web department, and an expanded break room on the main floor. This project also included two new corporate reception desks with upgraded security with a new entrance to the corporate offices. Additional staff parking was created by removing the green space and daycare outdoor equipment.
