The Tax Law Office Building is a remodel of an existing retail and storage facility. The Tax Law Office occupies a portion of the facility and consists of conference spaces, offices, open plan areas, and storage. Another portion of the facility was left unfinished to be used as leasable space and fit up to meet the needs of a future tenant. There is a shared common area for both suites consisting of a break room and restroom facilities.
