The growing south Fargo area has an amenity full multi-family property developed by Eagle Ridge Development. Our interiors team created schematic space planning and elevations for the guest entry and tenant shared amenities. A coffee bar greeted guests outside the main office with restrooms nearby. A standing-height large waterfall counter in the community room is great for hosting potlucks or simply gathering to rest between darts, shuffleboard, or a game of pool. These community areas also included a gym with a yoga studio, free weights, and cardio equipment.
