Vision Bank

Vision Bank in South Fargo was a three-phase project. In the first phase, R.L. Engebretson converted an Italian restaurant into a financial facility in just three months. Phase two included the addition of drive up and expansion of the operations area. Immediately upon completion of phase two, the final phase began, which included additional office space, conference areas, and support staff space. In phase three, a two-story addition was added. The project plans incorporated the existing site and building utilities for complete operation during all phases of the project.
