Wanzek Corporate Offices

Our Interiors team walked through a 55,000 square foot building recently vacated TMI Hospitality to see if this could work to relocate Wanzek’s expanding office staff. The interiors were full of bright colors and bold patterns reflecting many hotel properties in the United States. This client’s vision was to incorporate an industrial, yet warm, feel for the Wanzek team. His focal point of the remodel was to create collaborative, planning project rooms and have transparent communication throughout the offices. These four dividable planning rooms on the 3rd level were a priority for Wanzek’s industrial teams. Benching of height-adjustable desks with mobile peds, dry-erase magnetic board, and team TVs were flanked with glass garage doors to expand teams as needed.
