Muscatell Subaru
After outgrowing their existing facility, Ward Muscatell and his team contacted RL Engebretson to assist them in designing their new, two-story sales and repair facility. The 43,000 square foot facility features an indoor showroom, with sales offices and a customer lounge. The facility also provides for an indoor service drop-off area which allows customers protection from the elements when dropping their car off for service. With a 10,000 square foot service shop complete with car lifts and oil changing stations, and an additional 6,600 square feet of garage space for detailing and expansion, the new facility can adequately provide superior customer service now and in the future. A car wash adds value to the entire customer service experience.
Because of our performance on the dealership, Muscatell has hired RLE again for a collision repair shop which is scheduled to open later in 2020. Click the link below to view the project details.
